CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations are final. Once you make a reservation there are no cancellation. Before reserving a unit, please be sure of all dates booked. All reservations are final. No refunds on any cabins, motels, duplexes or house rentals. When you make the reservation, full payment is required for your stay with no refunds.

* Smoking is prohibited in all property buildings. Smoking in rooms will result in a cleaning fee at a rate of $300 per unit.
* Payment in full is required to complete the reservation
*All reservations are final
* Any damage to a room is the responsibility of the occupant and replacement/repair cost will be billed to the occupant.
* Garbage is limited to receptacles in room and the products bought at Meadowlark Lake, excessive garbage is to be packed out. Excessive garbage left in room will incur additional charges accordingly.
*Linens and towels provided 1st day.
*Check out is 11am and Check in begins at 3pm |
